Beer. The first of TCC's product case studies is now available for download: Work with New Belgium Brewing Company to assess the carbon footprint of their Fat Tire Amber Ale has estimated 3,189 grams of CO2e are emitted during the life cycle of a 6-pack of the beer. Read more in the final report.
Salad Greens. Another case study was performed on the 5 ounce Mixed Baby Green clamshell manufactured by Earthbound Farm. The final report of that work will be available here soon.
